2. Products & Orders

All artworks are original pieces created by Jozef Barláš. Each piece is unique and may not be reproduced.

Prices are listed in EUR and do not include shipping unless otherwise specified. Orders are binding once confirmed and paid in full.

Custom commissions are available upon agreement via email or Instagram. Each commission includes a tailored process and timeline.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By completing a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the selected payment service. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping via trusted courier services.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and size of the artwork. The exact cost will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

For artworks priced over €1500, shipping is included in the price.

Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated delivery times:

• EU: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in the destination country.

5. Returns & Issues

Due to the unique nature of original art, returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description.

In such cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are covered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including images, text, and artwork – is the intellectual property of Jozef Barláš.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
